米蘭新賽季的開訓日

來了幾位名字很長的教練與球員

球迷要記新人的長相 身高 體重 背影

(這樣萬一被迫只能透過網路電視看球,就一定要掌握這幾點才看得下去....螞蟻如何踢球)

再加上這些新人的"人名"真的......挺繞舌的

Massimo不是很好念嗎   一旦是叫 Massimiliano 硬是多了幾個音節還真長

不過還好是教練,只要喊聲Allegri教頭就好啦

是說那個希臘籍大塊頭的名字才真的是 .....要命的長

Sokratis Papastathopoulos

還好的是......目前官網對於他的名字處理方式是......以"Papa" 簡而稱之

至於另外一位哥倫比亞籍的新同學加上middle name 也感覺名字很長

不過, 人家的名字幸好好念多了 馬里歐 亞勃特 耶佩斯(or 葉佩斯嗎 ?) 嗯....至少音節少簡單好念多了....哈哈

無冠米蘭 這兩年在各種話題上都比不上人家隔壁的

這對最愛作秀的米蘭貝大會長而言  真的是情何以堪

不肯花錢 沒有大牌球員來報到之下

貝大會長決定親自出馬主演

Yes,在米蘭內洛劇場中.........真的...演很大

搭直昇機來擺足架子  

一來就要跟教練講講話 要跟媒體講講話 要跟球員們講講話

一直講來講去講個不停  搶光了當天米蘭球員的風采

是說,球員們也很是無奈

往年這種各家媒體都會刊很大的球員排排站開訓紀念照 竟然只能在官網上找

其他通通都是貝大會長的訓話宣告的新聞 

不過 在內洛外圍卻聚集了兩千五百多位球迷  大喝他的倒采

"不要貝大會長 只要哲科" 這是部份球迷的心聲

這真的是很有 fu 的景像呀

總算有Ambro隊長帶著大家一起跑步的集訓照

嗯...Dinho也適時的穿上"顯瘦"  似乎有"腰身"的訓練服跟球迷揮手打招呼

在8月31日轉會市場關閉前  一切都有希望 也完全可能會失望

總之 開訓了 

希望米蘭眾將 新舊都能好好在新教練的帶領下好好的訓練

熱身賽隨便踢踢沒關係

聯賽時能夠表現出足夠的"競爭力"就好 球迷的心願真的一年比一年"小"

MILANELLO - July 20, 2010: New Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri had his first day at work. It was an exciting day at Milanello where the players arrived around 10:00 this morning. Only those who had been on World Cup duty were absent and the squad contained a number of youth players Merkel, Novinic, Strasser, Beretta and Verdi.(小朋友的名字也要記一下)

After individual tests in the gym, the team went for lunch at around 13:00.

At about 14:15, president Silvio Berlusconi arrived by helicopter on one of the pitch to greet the new Rossoneri squad and Allegri. He then hosted a press conference at 16.00 where the president unveiled the new coach and the three new signings.

Around 17.30, after the president's speech to the team, the Rossoneri went out for the first training session.

Mr. Allegri spoke with the players for a few minutes in the centre of the pitch and then the real work began. The team began the session supported by some 2,500 chanting fans.

The first part of training was a warm-up. For the first fifteen minutes, the players went through their paces: running and stretching. Then the warm-up continued using the ball for another fifteen minutes.

After that, Mr. Allegri continued training session with an exercise aimed at holding on to the ball, while goalkeepers worked separately with the new trainer Marco Landucci.

Then the Rossoneri engaged in a series of eleven against eleven practice matches played against the small nets.

The training concluded with a practice match with eleven against eleven on a small pitch with goalkeepers which finished 1-0. Marco Borriello scored the only goal and the first of pre-season training.

The session ended at about 19:10 with a light jog around the perimeter of the pitch. Milan will have a double session tomorrow: The morning workout is scheduled for 9.30, the afternoon at 18.00 on the outside and it is open to fans.
