所以,這就表示....球員講不好沒關係, 常常要受訪的教練,英文一定要練起來...

The man himself has never been an urban dweller, brought up in the countryside of northern Italy, and still favours the quiet life.
'My father was a farmer for 50 years. I was brought up in the country, in Reggiolo, famous for ham and cheese. I worked on the farm. I milked cows. Milk was the most important production because we made Parmigiano cheese,' he explained. 'There was not a lot of money but it was a serene life and my character comes from that period.
'I never lived in a big city, I like to stay out of the city. At Milan I stayed close to Milanello (the club's training complex), here I stay in Oxshott (near Cobham). I like to stay outside the commotion. If I want to go into London I have no problem because it is a fantastic city but I prefer to stay outside.'
His quiet existence away from the game, which he readily admits is also his first hobby, is contrasting to the life he has enjoyed within football. Ancelotti boasts three Serie A titles and two European Cups as a player, and one further domestic title and two Champions Leagues as a manager, alongside some of the greatest names in the game.
In the past, he has lined up next to the Milanese greats, Ruud Gullit, Marco van Basten, Frank Rijkaard, Franco Baresi and Paolo Maldini, and now counts a number of his own flock at Stamford Bridge as on a par.

'The greatest players like Kaka, Zinedine Zidane, Paolo Maldini and Ruud Gullit are humble. Never selfish,' he began.
'Look at Maldini; he played until he was 41 because of his passion for this sport. He never arrived late for training. He never lost at training. Fantastic. When you've found a talent that is unselfish, you have won. The epitome of this is Kaka or Maldini.
"Then there is the other kind, Gennaro Gattuso, the one who is not the technical talent like Ray [Wilkins] but is what we call in Italy a trascinatori, someone whose talent is to pull the group together, who makes the team something special. He unites everybody. John Terry is that player at Chelsea - or Didier Drogba. They move people by their example.
